The front desk person doesn’t even know which direction my room is at!! How hard can it be?! So I had to turn around and go to the other building with all my stuff since she pointed me in the wrong direction.

Rooms are well kept very clean

The young lady is always helpful, the a/c is cold.

Nothing is good about that place; it looks nice in photographs, but the place is unsafe and unhealthy.

I liked the beds as to comfort. I thought that the fact that there were roaches was so very disgusting. That is a big health red flag for myself and my family.

This place looks nice in photos and was extremely misleading. Walls are super thin and couldnt take my nap. N room def was rushed cleaned. I had to shower n used my shoes during my shower. You could hear everyone walk by and the door doesn't even seem safe that could easily break into. As a young female I didn't feel safe so I checked out after an HOUR. Expedia should refund me for this band remove this place listing. The sheets also weree old and ripped when online shows white blankets..

I didn't have breakfast, there wasn't any breakfast. I went to take a shower and there wasn't any soap in the dispenser, I had to use shampoo in dispenser. I went to wash hands. in bathroom, there was very little soap in the dispenser. The remote control did not work, I called staff so they could check it out. A previous customer had stolen the piece from tv that communicates with remote, so I had to watch one station the time I was there. I was staying for work, so I didn't request another room with working remote since I was leaving to work.

I personally didn’t have the best experience staying at this place, just used it to sleep for a night and checked out the next morning.

Sheets not tucked. Just thrown on the bed. Random hairs in the bathroom and on the towels

Construction in the morning and gardener w blower

No breakfast provided. Property, elevator and building very dirty. Bathtub was also dirty.

One of the females was great at check in didn't have to get extra funds.... The door was alittle tricky but, it was good ..
