I really liked how receiving and warm the staff was. There was a delay into my first full day before I could use my phone to unlock the door to my room.

Great hotel. Looks like a newer hotel close to everything. Breakfast offered andnolenty to choose from. They even have cookies displays and free for guest after a certain time. Will definitely book again👍

Staff were exceptional. Facility was very nice…enjoyed the 1 bedroom Too, expensive to bring our 2 Mimi poodles…$200.00 is much too expensive.

The staff are really awesome at this hotel. Super friendly and helpful, they go above and beyond. I had booked 3 rooms and part of our group arrived before I did and we simply spoke to the front desk and they checked him in without having to put a hold on his card as they were happy to wait for my card once I arrived. We loved our stay here and the breakfast selection was amazing.

The staff is phenomenal…seriously! I travel a lot and focus on Marriott resorts. Just last weekend I was at the Ballantyne in Charlotte which is a 5 star resort and the staff here are just as lovely and responsive to everyone and everything as them.
