Our first stay at Hotel Adagio was a very good experience! The location was good with close proximity to BART and Union Square and many restaurant/bar options. The room was extremely comfortable and a very good size! Staff were especially friendly and accommodating at the front desk and lobby services! They recognized us with a smile and greeting each time we came and went. The bar staff and restaurant staff were also fantastic! We had breakfast every morning and it was fantastic. Overall, I would definitely stay at hotel Adagio again!! I cannot think of one thing I did not like.

Every time I go to SF, I stay here. It's convenient and easy to get to. The rooms are super comfortable. I will always go back. The elevators need to be replaced. They are noise and old.

Water, coffee, tea complimentary at the lobby all day. Good size and overall clean rooms. Room gets very low daylight. City view is basicly another buildings' roof.

The bed was very comfortable! The shower was large with great water pressure. There were automatic night-lights in the bathroom for midnight pees.
