Quiet, comfortable, and accommodating

Very good

Really fine motel close to everything. They get all the little things right, like extra plugs, lamps, shelves in bathroom and a large closet. Very clean. Good bed. Ample parking with plenty of street parking in front too. Very good staff, check-in and housekeeping. Lots to like in a small town place. Good value in general, especially off season and Mon-Thursday. I'd come back anytime. And will.

We liked that it had a coffee machine with decent coffee. Had an iron too. My white socks were completely black after just a few minutes of walking on the floor. You clearly don't wash your floors and I question how clean everything else is. There was no air-conditioning or ventilation in the shower. We opened a window but it didn't do very much. Room was extremely stuffy and way too hot

I couldn’t find an ice machine or vending machine. Room was small and felt cramped. Not a great value

Staff was nice. No A/C but has a ceiling fan.(Temperature was hot this week, go figure)

It was dirty and out dated. Electrical outlets didn’t work. Bedside lights were both not working. There was insufficient parking. Morro Bay was lovely

Always a great experience staying here.

The location was close to everything, we wanted to see... People next door, had kids that were noisy and the adults were going back and forth between rooms a lot...I was not able to get a room on the ground leavel, had to climb stairs with my bad knee.
