Two problems with the room, as I already reported. One with the TV and the second with the shower.

Trash already in trash cans in room. Dead beetles and live beetles in bathroom. No shampoo conditioner or body wash. Shampoo dispenser broke. Fridge unusable due to smell.

Shredded window curtains in both rooms, empty shower soap in one room, musty smell in other room.

The sheer drape in room 100, needs to be replaced, other than that the.property was great.

Although the property is non-smoking, our room definitely had been smoked in.

Had to change rooms because the toilet and lamps were not working in the room I originally paid for. Ran out of toilet paper. Didn’t have enough towels.

There is no elevator so we had to have a room on the first floor. I understand that the first night was booked but we got a room it was small. I asked the next day to be accommodated to a bigger room which she assured me she wld discuss w the manager and contact me. Never heard from them. Never in our 3 day stay did we get any kind of cleaning. I had to get towels and put our trash out. Do better for 96$ a night.

The lighting around the bathroom mirror and bathroom were very dark.

Beds were not as comfortable as I hoped they would be, staff was very kind.
