There was a technical glitch when we arrived so we couldn't get a room key, but the staff handled it very well.

The stay was very nice. Provided everything we needed. Kids loved the pool.

Just how high up the shower head was I couldn't reach it to adjust it for my height

Breakfast wasn’t good, staff didn’t clean the area the food was in. The room above me made noise all weekend which I was unable to rest at night. Called several times to report. We had to call several times for towels. Bring towels Clean Breakfast Bar Noise

The room was very spacious. It was quiet. Breakfast was ok. Upon arriving to our room, the keys did not work. The staff said that a storm had hit and messed things up. I was given an emergency key. It did work The carpet was very dingy, as well as sticky residue on the kitchenette countertops. It was minor things, that were corrected. I probably would stay there again.

Besides having to switch rooms due to our refrigerator not working, all was good. Clean, nice staff, very helpful and pleasant stay

Got there at 10:30 at night after driving all day got a hotel room key went to the room someone sleeping in the bed go back downstairs. Tell them this room is occupied. Get another room key walk in to a naked man get out of the shower go back get another room key walk into a family sleeping in the room at this point it’s 1155. Finally the managers had to go walk the property to find a vacant room so we could stay. Staff was good but bad situation.

Everything Room not being ready early

Breakfast was great and the location of the hotel was great. I didn't like the fact my room was given to 3 different people while we was still in the room. I couple opened the door and my daughter was nude from waist up. After that happened within 3 hours the room was then given to 2 other people. My room keys were cut off because I was suppose to be issued new keys no new keys were issued. My main problem is the fact my daughter was seen half nude by a couple who was given the room we were still in and not due to check out until the next day.

Breakfast starts to late

We were getting ready for bed and a whole family used a key and was coming in our room. The room we were in was double booked. Our keys were deactivated and we couldn’t get in the room after leaving out.

I had a few setbacks in the beginning but I had no doubt the staff would work out the issues. The staff were great and they stay went well.

Leah checked me in and she was SO helpful! I had car trouble on my way to hotel and she recommended a mechanic that got me up and running in 2 hours! She was very helpful especially considering I was sick upon arrival and stressed.

The breakfast was all that and some! The experience was nice. You really don't have to leave the proximity. Everything is right there!!! Nothing

It was great all around. Only thing I didn’t like was that you can hear when there’s running/jumping in the room above you and in the hallways.
