Sheraton Grand Chicago Riverwalk

Location was right next to River Walk and I had a good view of River. The breakfast buffet was good but a little on the pricey side. The staff was friendly and helpful. Furniture was little older in room

The view, the location and the bed!! There wasn’t much I didn’t like. The one vending machine is down by underground parking and was sold out of everything so that was inconvenient but other than that, everything was awesome!

We stayed at the Sheraton Grand Chicago Riverwalk during our Chicago trip. The room was nice, and we had a lovely view of the river and surrounding buildings. I liked the convenient location near the Riverwalk and downtown. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location

Marquis from the front reception was sooo sweet & friendly. That guy deserves a raise! The location was beautiful and in the middle of everything. The riverwalk was amazing! Pool was also clean & the sun deck was with amazing view.

Nice room and views, but the “destination fee” was not expected and its “amenities” could not be accessed: we got no WiFi at all for the extra $30 per day. Workers seem unhappy (were protesting) and I imagine are overworked, as our room also was not tended.

Room service was awful. I emailed my complaint to what I was told was the hotel manager.

We spent 5 days in Chicago and had a wonderful time. Sheraton was right on the water and the view was magnificent, walking distance to everything. Perfect!!

Didn’t like u still had to pay for the breakfast due to one night was pretty expensive The parking was full had to walk a block for another onr

Clean rooms. PLenty of elevators pool was difficult having to go through locker room to enter

The view was beautiful! Loved the sunrise. Tub drained very slow. The bed mattress was average and the pillows were mush.
