The first room we were assigned had a dirty bathtub. We asked for a different room. Rooms have not kept up with standards. Toilets are low and there are no means of pulling up. With an aging population, this should be a consideration. We have stayed here several times before and this is certainly looking tired and quite frankly, a mismatch in decorating.

We had an overnight stay as we made our way to Colchester, CT. It was clean and comfortable.

Was not aware that a pool was no longer included in the stay. That was the main reason for booking.

Not what I would call professionalism in hospitality. In the morning, the shower was lukewarm at best.

Please serve more chicken sausages at breakfast. I do not eat pork. Also the juice container needs to be clean out.

The bathroom was very clean and updated. However, the bedroom area and the bed itself definitely needed updating. Stained carpeting and the bed was adequate but needed a better fitting mattress.

The room had a really bad smell that got worse everytime you entered and the place is falling apart. Their night front desk staff is not friendly at all.
