The property’s a little old but everything was clean and well maintained. The staff was very helpful. My room was nice and cozy

Great fridge and microwave. Just note that the rooms do not have USB chargers...don't forget your box.

Air conditioner didn’t work. I opened window because room had smell from sigarets

The property seemed outdated, including the rooms. Beds were uncomfortable and small. TV was not a smart TV so could not download any viewing apps. Bathroom did not appear clean prior to check-in. Door to room did not close properly at first, really needed to slam it to make sure it latched. Location was good however, close to UB and highways.

Breakfast was simple but good, room smelled musty and carpet had weird stains, but the sheets and towels were nice. Very close to UB campus.

After the second night when we tuned on the air conditioning I woke up with a slight cough. I began wondering how often the filters in the exhaust system were checked . I also wondered if the air conditioning system filtration system had been changed. I now have a cold. I am not saying it was the room because I was exposed to many people, it is ragweed season and I flew on an airplane. I think it’s very,very important to stay on top of systems for everyone’s wellbeing.

Everything was good butvyhe beds were like a brick vary hard 😞

The bad…We didn’t like that we could not take breakfast food back to our room. The fan was very loud in the bathroom.

Place was spotless! Multiple staff members were at work constantly. Coffee at breakfast was tasteless but there is a Starbucks and a Dunkin within a 5 minute drive. Bed was comfy

Stay was good but i am sick and i call at reception but they didn’t answer my call
